Core of Ars alb through rubrics :-

As we all know Ars alb is known as one of the most fastidious remedies in our materia medica.

In Kent's Repertory, Master Kent has given only 2 remedies under rubric :

MIND - FASTIDIOUS - Ars, Nux

So, let us explain it's journey of Ars with this.
Fastidious is understood as being neat and clean, perfect in work etc but it's not complete meaning.
If we see it's proper dictionary meaning we get :

1. having high and often capricious  standards 
2. difficult to please
3.reflecting a meticulous, sensitive, or demanding attitude

So, what we understand from this is fastidious persons are hard to please. We can not satisfy their demand. They expect more and more perfection.
Ars is under this rubric due to...

Mind - Rest - can not rest when things are not in the proper place

We known example from MM is though Ars is weak he wakes up from bed and corrects the tilted frame on the wall.
Second clinical example i will give is, unless and untill Ars is completely cured he does not feels relaxed and does not let others feel relaxed. He feels how can others take rest while i am sick. If I can not take rest, you should not. Ars tortures the family members who actually help him in sickness.

He feels i have taken care and took responsibility of all when I was sick.

Ars says if they will not help me out then who will ? It's okay to order them to help me when I am sick. So, here he does not feels guilty of being rude with others.

Second facet of fastidious of Ars alb is presentation.

Ars alb is fastidious only externally as per his cleanliness is concerned.
Ars's table is neat and clean from others side but very messy, disordered and sometimes even dirty from his side which is hidden properly. He will not let others know this.

Ars is in general very caring and anxious about children. Their education, career and future.

But he is very miser. He does not easily spend money.

 Meaning of this rubric ?

An objective is something you plan to achieve. A military objective is the overall plan for a mission. The objective for a bake sale is to raise money. If your objective is to learn a new word, you have succeeded.

objective is the point of something. If you don’t understand the objective of a class, then you don’t know what you were supposed to learn. The word itself is often used in business or work. Another meaning of objective is “looking at things in a detached, impartial, fact-based way.” If a police officer falls in love with a witness, it might be hard for her to stay objective. The word comes from the Latin ob "against" + jacere "to throw.”

Borax in "Forceful Trauma by Mother"

In last wk, i have given borax to friends daughter

Situation is baby is 13 months old...So she was forced to leave breast feeding..And baby became cranky..And clinging to mother

Not leaving her even to another room for bringing any thing.

This is happening esp in front of strangers.

Even GM who used to pamper her..Baby is not going with her...

Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

Mesenteric lymphadenitis is an inflammation of lymph nodes. The lymph nodes that become inflamed are in a membrane that attaches the intestine to the abdominal wall.

These lymph nodes are among the hundreds that help your body fight disease. They trap and destroy microscopic "invaders" like viruses or bacteria.

Mesenteric lymphadenitis often causes abdominal pain. It is most common in children and teens.

Mesenteric Lymphadenitis Causes

Sometimes doctors can't tell the cause of mesenteric lymphadenitis. But the most common cause is infection.

Inflammatory conditions may also be linked with mesenteric lymphadenitis.

Much less often, inflamed mesenteric lymph nodes result from cancer, including:

Lymphoma

Breast cancer

Lung cancer

Pancreatic cancer

Gastrointestinal cancer

Infections that cause mesenteric lymphadenitis may be located in one place (local) or throughout the body (systemic). The infections may be caused by:

Viruses

Bacteria

Parasites

Common infections that cause mesenteric lymphadenitis include:

Gastroenteritis. This may result from viral infections such as rotavirus or norovirus. It may also result from bacterial infectionssuch as salmonella, staphylococcus, orstreptococcus. Gastroenteritis is often misnamed stomach flu.

Yersinia enterocolitica. This is the most common cause of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. This bacterium can cause gastroenteritis and other problems. It may resemble Crohn's disease or acute appendicitis.

Other infections that cause mesenteric lymphadenitis include:

Direct or indirect infections related to HIV. This is the virus that can lead to AIDS.

Tuberculosis. This is a bacterial infection that usually attacks the lungs. But it can also attack other parts of the body.

Acute terminal ileitis. This is an inflammation of the end of the small intestine. It may be due to a bacterium or Crohn’s disease.

Inflammatory conditions commonly linked to mesenteric lymphadenitis are:

Appendicitis, inflammation of the appendix

Inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis

Connective tissue diseases such as lupus, sclerosis, or rheumatoid arthritis

Diverticulitis, inflammation of the lining of the large intestine

Mesenteric Lymphadenitis Signs and Symptoms

With mesenteric lymphadenitis, an upper respiratory tract infection may occur right before any other symptoms appear. This may cause symptoms such as a sore throat.

Common symptoms of mesenteric lymphadenitis are:

Tenderness or pain, often in the center or lower right side of the abdomen

High fever

Mesenteric lymphadenitis often causes symptoms in the lower right abdomen. So people often mistake it for appendicitis.

You may have other signs and symptoms as well. This depends upon the cause of the inflammation. Signs and symptoms include:

Feeling ill

Loss of appetite

Fatigue or lack of energy

Raised white blood cell count

Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea



When Should You Call the Doctor?

Sometimes symptoms of mesenteric lymphadenitis may lead you to go to see a doctor. The doctor will ask about these symptoms and take a thorough medical history. He or she may also do some tests.

12/8/18
A week before she delivered a girl child...First child also a girl....As she was not getting rest at in laws house she came to parents house a month before EDD.

Husband was very cooperative throughout 8 months. They have done everything they can for male child. Everything was showing it's desired baby. But it is opposite of what they expected....

Husband, who was calling her for 3-4 times a day while she was pregnant, has no time to call her now...He is busy in his practice...Yes!  Both are Doctors!

She said we were together throughout the journey of 2nd child and now he has no time! Just because I couldn't give him boy!!!

Family members especially MIL also changed...She talked with her but just formality.
MIL came to her parents house after a week to see her child...Just formality...She didn't take child in her lap!!!
Pt herself asked....At least take her in ur lap!!! (Pitiously) then MIL took it for few minutes n put on bed.

If he was boy every family would have been excited...Would have called me many a times....Even other relatives would have called me...But no one called me just because it's girl child.
When I will at in laws house, i will not have value that a mother of boy has. No one will value me. I know it.

I want to be all right so that I will stand for my 2 girls.

My lactation is affected...Baby is not getting sufficient milk. And my breasts are paining now.

MIL was upset because she insisted to do SD but this couple denied...As they were sure of their efforts. But if in case it comes negative then MIL will ask to abort baby. This shattered pts mind....She was not ready to do abortion. She will feel guilty.

Atypical case of Fever

A case of Fever of 2.5yrs baby

It was telephonic case. Parents of child are Homoeopathic drs. They gave 2-3 medicines with temporary effect. Fever used to rise up to 103°F.
Scene is like this...
I asked what happened to him?
They described scene as:
They decided to put this baby in playgroup. As both are busy in their work. And they are thinking that if he goes to playgroup he will learn how to talk and play with other children.
So mannerism n socialism.
BUT when he was sent to playgroup for the first day mother accompanied him to classroom and stayed with him for full time.
Second day, school did not allow inside class, mother was at gate. Baby cried for mother....Had vomiting after coming to home.
Third day, he had loose motions at group n at home also....Baby came down with high fever...103°F.
Responding temporarily to antipyretics.
Here i got some interesting information.
When his mother is ready to go hospital where she does job (2-10) fever raised...When she cancelled it...N...took him in her lap for some time fever came down without antipyretic. Then she thought she can go... Again fever raised when she is about to leave home....
He wants mother by his side always. Followed her even to washroom. Mother felt like what should I do of him...Little bit irritated with his behavior. Even if she is in front of him, ask for mummy... Everyone should be in front of him including father, Grand mother. Mother said he feels they will leave him n go somewhere. Asks for something when it is provided rejects it...Again asks for it once again.

This is a case.

Medicine given in 200 potency..

Fever settled for that day...Had sone snacks. Vomiting n loose motions decreased.

Next day morning, again fever but now 101 n less irritability. Still had loose motions n vomiting but less in number.

Potency 1m is used n then everything settled from that day....

I asked parents to wait for 6 months then think of group n school...As per his tender age n Mind is concerned.
