I am posting a case of Peripheral Neuropathy...Burning of palms n soles, k/c/o uric acid diathesis, pain in heel which is severe
This pt is DHMS doing GP
Age 48 yrs
Jt pains are pricking of needle
This pt came to me from another homeopath where he took 4 months of treatment with no result

Bahot pareshan hu isse
Sah sah k kaam kar raha hu
Jad se khatam kar do
Kaam rok nahi sakta hu

Gabapantin chalu hain bole for neuralgic pains
4 months hom tt li
Farak nahi pada
Homoeopathy pe vishwas hain lekin result nahi mila
He feels my family is depend on me
Muze kuch hua to unka kya hoga

Tingling from heel to almost top of head on left side
He feels he is responsible person for fmly members

Actually sex desire is there but poor response from wife...
As she had metrorhagia
Even pt feels apni shakti kam hoti hain isliye main bhi talta hu
Pehle hi bahot physical problem hain
Aur bahot jina hain

Lekin dr aisa nahi hona chahiye na

My 1st remedy gone partial...Little bit better for 1 month
I understood this pt very well during follow ups...After right simillmum prescription
he misses his dad...
But recently ek aurat ne suicide kar li
Isko bahot dukh hua
Pucha koi relative thi?
Nahi ..muboli bahan thi
विरह सहन होत नाही
जवळची व्यक्ती गेली तर

Celibacy was wrong interpretation by me....
Till 1 month it gave partial relief...
So this was 2nd prescription...Lil tig

Religious affections too occupied with religion alt with sexual excitement
Fear moral obliquity alt with sexual excitement..नीती भ्रष्टतेची भीती
These are the rubrics on which I prescribed
I want to share my habit :
After prescription, during follow ups i write down important says of pts that denotes or reconfirms remedy.
Through this habit we get another rubrics of same remedy
On retro i got
Muscle refuse to obey the will when attention is turned away....
Bhagwan ka naam lo nahi to sexual thoughts will crowd in mind...
That's why he was saying I am deliberately trying to take Gods name (chanting) so that these thoughts should not come in my mind

3 yrs back did HIV test...Came negative

As daily handling of pts may be the reason (?)
